Join Urvashi & Jaspreet as they make period talk NORMAL and teach our young girls the magic of our menstrual cycles. Discuss bodily changes, share period stories and remove shame from something so natural that we ALL go through.
This is a chance for women to come together and celebrate the fact that life is created from the Goddess that is WE!

Jaspreet Kaur is a passionate Fertility Awareness Educator dedicated to empowering women to transform their perspective on their menstrual cycle. With a mission to shift the narrative from viewing menstruation as a problem to recognizing it as a powerful solution, Jaspreet guides individuals on a journey of self-discovery and self-care through a deeper understanding of their bodies.
As an expert in fertility awareness, Jaspreet equips women with the knowledge and tools they need to harness the innate wisdom of their bodies. Her approach fosters a sense of empowerment, helping women make informed choices about their reproductive health while embracing the natural rhythms of their cycles.
With a commitment to promoting holistic well-being and self-acceptance, Jaspreet Kaur's work transcends conventional boundaries, encouraging women to embrace their bodies and their menstrual cycles as sources of strength, insight, and resilience.

Urvashi Lad
Urvashi is a Dharma and Spiritual Life Coach, A Level 3 Trained Personal Trainer, a Podcaster (Brown Girl Rising), a Retreat Host, a Sound Therapist working to Raise the vibrations of the planet and specifically working with Brown Women to help them realise that they are worthy of all their dreams.
Her journey to self worth and self love has not been easy, she’s battled Bulimia, Sexual Assault, Depression, Weight Gain to over 108kg, Losing Love, Burnout at work, H-pylori and Acid Reflux but all of these challenges that she’s had to face have made her the empathetic souls she is today.
Urvashi prides herself on creating a safe space for all her clients and women who trust her to come to her circles & events. As always wants to empower women to be brave, ambitious, enjoy their lives and raise their vibrations.
